Community Outreach - ARCH Guelph

Harm reduction practice recognizes that a certain percentage of the population will use drugs and the goal is to reduce the harm that might result from drug use. Harm reduction decreases the adverse health, social and economic consequences of substance use, for the user and the community, without requiring abstinence.

For more information, to book a workshop or to make an appointment please call the Harm Reduction Outreach Coordinator.

The Harm Reduction and Outreach program provides services to individuals and groups through Community Outreach, the Stay Sharp Needle Exchange Program, Counselling, Practical Support and Education for Safer Sex and Safer Drug Use Information.
