The Grove Youth Wellness Hubs, located in Wellington County and Guelph, serves local youth between the ages of 12-26 with access to services that can address all their health and wellness needs. The integrated care model allows youth access to many services, all in a youth-friendly space. Youth can walk into any of the Grove Youth Hubs to access a variety of services delivered by several service partners.

The goal is that each youth who walks through the door to one of our sites feels welcomed and supported in the ways that best support individual needs and their goals.

Tuesday - 11:00 am - 6:00 pm
Wednesday - 11:00 am - 6:00 pm
Thursday - 11:00 am - 6:00 pm
Friday - 11:00 am - 4:00 pm
